Sauna Room

Our Sauna Room is the ultimate recovery and wellbeing space, located inside the gym at Terang Fitness. Designed to support recovery, relaxation and overall health, the sauna is a perfect addition to your training routine — whether you’re easing muscle soreness, improving circulation, or simply taking time out to unwind.

Our sauna is available for members to book and use as part of their recovery and wellness routine. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

How to Book

The Sauna Room is available for booking only via the Solace Sessions app.

Booking is simple:

  1. Download the Solace Sessions app

  2. Create your account

  3. Select Terang Fitness – Sauna Room

  4. Choose your session time and confirm

Members can book sessions at times that suit their schedule, making recovery easy and flexible.

Access & Use

  • Arrive a few minutes before your booking time (however access is time sensitive so cannot access early)
  • The sauna is located within the gym space.
  • Entry is via smart-lock access through the Solace Sessions app where you will receive a four-digit access code via the Solace Sessions app.
  • Enter your code followed by # to unlock the door.
  • Your access code is valid for the full hour of your booking
  • Towels are recommended.
  • Water bottle.
  • Comfortable attire (swimwear or light activewear).

For the best experience, we recommend turning the sauna on when you arrive and allowing it to heat up for approximately 15 minutes before entering.

A Space for Recovery

  • Regular sauna use may assist with:
  • Muscle recovery and reduced soreness.
  • Relaxation and stress relief.
  • Improved circulation.
  • Supporting overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re training hard or simply prioritising self-care, our Sauna Room offers a calm, private space to reset and recharge.

During Your Session

  • Recommended session length: 10–20 minutes
  • Sit or lie comfortably and relax
  • Listen to your body — exit if you feel dizzy, unwell, or uncomfortable
  • The sauna includes Bluetooth audio for your enjoyment
  • Simply connect to “Bluetooth” on your device

After Your Session

  • Exit the sauna at the end of your booking time
  • Rehydrate with water
  • Allow your body time to cool down
  • Wipe down any surfaces used (Please do not spray directly onto the timber, spray the cloth only and wipe)

Important Information

  • Sauna use is at your own risk.
  • Not recommended if you are pregnant, unwell, or have certain medical conditions, please consult a healthcare professional if unsure.
  • Do not use alcohol or drugs prior to sauna use.
  • Children must be over the age of 16.
