Reformer Pilates
Our Reformer Pilates beds are located in our Performance Space at Terang Fitness and are available for members looking to enhance movement, control and overall body strength in a supportive, low-impact way.
Access to the reformer beds is included with a Platinum Membership.
How to Book
The Sauna Room is available by booking only via the Solace Sessions app.
Booking & Access
To ensure a bed is available when you arrive, all sessions must be booked via the Terang Fitness app. Members with a Platinum Membership can book a reformer bed through the app

● Please arrive on time for your booking
● Bring Your Headphones (Your Reformer kiosks support Bluetooth audio)
Access & Use
- The sauna is located within the gym space
- Entry is via smart-lock access through the Solace Sessions app
- Please arrive on time to make the most of your session
- Towels are recommended
Reformer Bed Details
● 2 reformer beds available
● Each bed is fitted with a Your Reformer kiosk
● The kiosk provides guided sessions and on-screen instructions, allowing members to follow workouts independently.
