About Terang Fitness
Terang Fitness has been supporting the health and wellbeing of our local community since 2011. We are committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming and safe environment where people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels can move with confidence.
Gym Floor
Our open-plan gym is fully equipped for resistance training, weight-bearing exercise and cardio, catering to beginners through to experienced members.
Group Fitness
We offer a range of group fitness options including hybrid training, strength, Pilates and yoga, as well as our Les Mills Virtual Spin Studio — giving members flexibility and variety to stay motivated.
Recovery & Wellbeing
Members also have access to our sauna and Reformer Pilates beds, supporting recovery, mobility and overall wellbeing.
Access & Convenience
With swipe-card access available 5am–10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, Terang Fitness makes it easy to train around work, family and life commitments.
